spring-game-cat-walk-2013 The Cat Walk has become an important UK Football tradition, and with the new football training center in place, the program is shaking things up a bit this season. There will now be TWO Cat Walks, the first taking place when the team buses pull onto campus from the hotel. It will still take place in front of Gate 1 two hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff, but the team will proceed past Gate 1 down the path between the stadium and the Nutter Field House to their new locker room at the football training center: gameday_cat_walk_large But wait, the fun's not over yet. A SECOND Cat Walk will take place 75 minute before kickoff when the team makes its way from the locker room at the football training center through the plaza and into the stadium in Gate 12. The team will leave the football training center in groups and the entire process is expected to take about 30 minutes. Fans are encouraged to line the path and cheer players on as they enter the stadium. That plaza between Gate 12 and the football training center will be the new site of the pregame concerts, which will continue for select games this season, starting with Southern Miss. The team shop will also move to the plaza, and the Coca-Cola Fan Zone will now be located inside of the Nutter Field House, which will also be the site of the live broadcast of the Texas Roadhouse Countdown to Kickoff show. Is it September 3 yet?
