highest basketball budgets in the country. Not surprisingly, the Cats are number one, meaning that they spend more on basketball than any school in the country, a heft 9.2 million bucks. Now go to the bottom of the list.....who spends less on college basketball than any school in America? How about
VMI ranked, No. 339, and only spending $99,000 a year on basketball. Last beat first....and it most certainly hurt.
