Sad news friends, as our common hero, Jerry Reed, was finally caught by 'dem ol' smokies yesterday at the age of 72. Reed is best known for playing "Snowman" in "Smokey and the Bandit" and "Coach Red Beaulieu" in "The Waterboy", but was also a prolific country music artist.
