Starting right now, the Kentucky football team was supposed to be taking the field for its annual Blue-White Game. Originally scheduled for April 11 at 12:00 p.m. ET, UK's Spring Game, along with the rest of spring sports on campus, were officially canceled back on March 17 due to the the COVID-19 pandemic. The Big Blue Nation was set to pack Kroger Field and celebrate another successful season under Mark Stoops and the lead-up to what should be yet another impressive year with superstar talent on both sides of the football. On offense, we were set to see the debut of Auburn quarterback transfer Joey Gatewood, the return of Kentucky's triple-headed monster in the backfield with AJ Rose, Kavosiey Smoke, and Chris Rodriguez, the Big Blue Wall featuring the likes of Landon Young, Drake Jackson, and Darian Kinnard, and wide receivers Josh Ali, Isaiah Epps, Allen Dailey Jr., among others. And on defense, star members of the front seven in Quinton Bohanna, Josh Paschal, Chris Oats, and DeAndre Square, along with the likes of Brandin Echols, Yusuf Corker, and LSU transfer Kelvin Joseph in the secondary. The excitement around the program remains at an all-time high, and today was set to be a celebration of that as we approach the 2020 season. Instead, we must wait for the dust to settle on the coronavirus before Mark Stoops and the UK football team take the field again. While we wait, let's take a look back at a few top moments from the 2019 season: https://youtu.be/lmQC4Mc1G0U https://youtu.be/EiAllfqwb8c Go Cats.
