We continue our audio look (or at least 2 minutes before they cut off) of the UK basketball team with our look at the man, the myth, the legend, Jared Carter. Whether it is pulling down rebounds or eating at O'Charleys, Jared does everything with flair and we talk to him about that here:
Jared of course also wears #43, a rare number in the pantheon of UK history. The others:
Brown Sharp (1952) --- from Lafayette High....played in one game for UK, scoring one point.
Jason Lathrem (1996) --- from Bowling Green....played in four games, scored 2 points, doubling Brown Sharp and leading Brown to be taunted by Lathrem for the rest of his life. Has a championship ring and you dont.
So there you go....Jared Carter dominates the history of #43. How ya like them apples?
