This may be one of the better Anthony Davis poster recreations I've seen, mainly because that girl may be the same height as Anthony. Good lord. Matthew Mitchell, are you seeing this? --- Kickoff has been set for the Kentucky/Missouri game on October 27th and it's an early one: Noon on ESPNU. Clear your schedules? --- The reviews of Big Blue Madness keep pouring in. 2014 star JaQuan Lyle was in attendance and shared his thoughts with the media on Sunday:
"It went real good. I was chilling with a lot of great players. Trey Lyles was there, Harrison twins, Cliff (Alexander) was there – got to hang out with them. Talked to Coach Cal(ipari), got to talk to the staff, got to just hang out with the players. I thought overall it was a great visit."
--- Looks like the Dukies will be down a Plumlee in Atlanta. The school announced today that Marshall Plumlee will be out 6-8 weeks with a stress fracture, which puts him out of the UK/Duke game on November 13th. That's sad for them. --- Yesterday, we shared some practice reports with you from CoachCal.com's Eric Lindsey, but why not hear how the team did from the horse's mouth? The site posted a video of Cal talking about his team, who took him from depressed to inspired in one day (funny, the same thing happened to me when I watched the BBM replay yesterday morning). Click the pic to check it out, along with video reports from Jon Hood and Willie Cauley-Stein. (Totally saving that picture of Cal for future use, BTW...) --- Finally, did Enes Kanter throw up three goggles after dunking all over Cole Aldrich? I'll let you judge. Even if he did, is it appropriate to throw them up after only scoring two points? Discuss amongst yourselves.
