It's Monday. These girls want afternoon notes and today's podcast. I will oblige. -- The big news of the day thus far is Tony Trocha's eligibility for the spring semester. The Colombian big man's mentor told SNY.tv that Trocha is completely finished with high school and will enroll in college in December. He is currently taking advanced English courses to help with the language barrier and preparing for the SAT, but he has graduated from high school and will not attend prep school this season. Trocha holds an offer from Kentucky, among others. -- Another possible big man on Kentucky's radar is Central Florida's Keith Clanton, although that window is closing, if not already closed. Andy Katz wrote in his 3-point Shot this morning, "... each day that goes by without a word from Clanton means it's more likely he'll return to play in front of family in his native Orlando." UCF starts classes a week from today and the university hasn't heard anything from Clanton about a transfer. -- Ben Jones of CatsIllustrated.com took a look at Kentucky football's youth, pointing out that Kentucky has 16 scholarship seniors and redshirt seniors to 35 scholarship freshmen and redshirt freshmen. Senior defensive end Taylor Wyndham told Jones, "I think we have a lot of guys on the team who can't even grow facial hair." Read it here. -- In other SEC football news, the Honey Badger is thinking about sitting out this season and returning to LSU next year, if the school will allow him to return. Not many people can say they saw that one coming. -- Matt and Ryan were at the Arby's in Paintsville with a surprisingly good crowd for this morning's radio show. Have a listen as they talk UK football and Matt tells the story of losing $2 to a local.
