UK Hoops Makes It Five
UK Hoops had a chance for a little vengance today when they took on the Georgia Lady Bulldogs in Memorial but ultimately fell short, losing 61-59. This loss snapped the Kentucky home winning streak of 25, and in combination with losses earlier in the week to both Duke and Arkansas will likely plummet them from their number 10 ranking.
We had a chance to win at the end when A’Dia Mathies roared down the court, only to miss a 4 footer at the buzzer. Hoops star Victoria Dunlap finished with 17 after only scoring 2 in the first half to lead the team, but sadly it wasn’t enough as this Cats team suffers it’s first losing streak this season.
I don’t know what Kentucky did to make the sports gods angry this weekend, but can somebody look into it please?
