Screen Shot 2016-05-06 at 8.34.09 PM The night before the Kentucky Derby usually means it's time to pre-game before "the most exciting two minutes in sports," and celebrities are no exception. With a star-studded guest list including Kid Rock, Kate Upton, Alabama Shakes, Brian McKnight and (of course) former University of Kentucky basketball players, the Barnstable Brown Gala in Louisville is one of the biggest parties to celebrate all things derby. Over the last nine years, the gala has raised more than $11 million for the Barnstable Brown Diabetes and Obesity Research Center at the University of Kentucky. But for former Cats and BFF's, Devin Booker and Tyler Ulis, last night meant a chance to cut loose and enjoy themselves before getting back to basketball. KSTV caught up with Booker, Ulis, and other former Cats last night: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAv19VpYUlo Apparently, Booker cheats on the court and Ulis looks forward to seeing what the Cats bring next year. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwlZhHaC9BQ Alex Poythress said he's being working hard in the gym and may or may not have cut a rug on the dance floor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvGqPIy1vPs Houston Rocket Terrence Jones said he was humbled by his walk on the red carpet. Awww. Meanwhile, country music singer and Kentucky native J.D. Shelburne had a lot to say about last year's Kentucky team on the red carpet at the Unbridled Eve Gala last night. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEaEBDCdBYo
