Time to get funky.
The shoes are laced. The visors are on. It's about to get nasty. The softball team tries to move one step closer to some serious hardware at next year's Catspy's and a trip to the College World Series in about 30 minutes on ESPNU. The ladies are set to face Cal, ranked #7 in the nation, in a best-of-three series in Lexington. A quick scan of the stats says Kentucky is slightly better offensively, while the Bears hold a tight edge in pitching. Only one team has the powerful leadership of head coach Rachel Lawson on their side though. Advantage Cats?
