Colonel Harland Sanders is a Kentucky icon. Now, you can own one of his trademark white suits.

Dick Miller, Sanders’ former driver and travel companion, is putting some of the Colonel’s personal items bestowed to him up for auction, including the suit, a watch, belt buckle, Stetson hat, state-issued drivers license and credit cards.

Miller, who met the Colonel by chance while picking up KFC takeout, drove for him from 1970 until his death in 1980, even driving the hearse to his final resting place in Cave Hill Cemetery. After that, he worked at the KFC Headquarters for 28 years.

The auction starts on October 15. If you have your heart set on the suit, you better start saving; the last Colonel Sanders suit that went up for auction sold for over $4,000.
