Before the National Semifinal games got underway, John Calipari spent a few minutes on the set of ESPN's College Gameday to talk about his 2017-18 Wildcats.
Still not over the season-ending loss to Kansas State, Calipari admitted the pressure may have gotten to his young team. "Maybe it was because of what they (Kansas State) did...but we had the plays to win the game and had our chances."
Even though the season ended earlier than he anticipated, Calipari said, "This team, I tell you, it was the most rewarding year I've had."
On an unrelated note, the man in the middle of the screen does not look like the man pictured in the graphic on the top-right corner of the screen.
