After Kentucky‘s late-night, season-opening win against Southern Miss, KSR’s Rapid Reaction went even later into the night to recap the action. Standing in the concourse of Kroger Field during the last weather delay of the night, KSR shared immediate thoughts, takeaways, and excitement from Game 1, which was called due to lightning early in the third quarter.
The informal postgame conversation touched on the lightning delay that pushed the game back two hours, thus the early Sunday morning conclusion and reaction. It also included cameos from some of the fans who stuck around to see if the game would ever finish. A familiar face crashed the video, too.
