WATCH: The World's Worst Game of Tic-Tac-Toe
A fun game for fans at halftime of the Portland TrailBlazers' game quickly turned into chaos.
The premise of the game was simple: make a layup, then mark the the tic-tac-toe square. The fans from the stands did not have the ability, nor could they comprehend how to win. Their ineptitude is infuriating and worthy of the Yakety Sax.
