This time next week, Nerlens Noel will know his fate. Rumors are going around that Nerlens has slipped from the projected first pick to third, but nothing is certain until next Thursday, especially in this draft. Nerlens is currently in Cleveland, meeting with the Cavaliers and making his case as the number one pick in the NBA Draft.
NBA Rooks has a great profile of Nerlens this morning, following him through his rehab, the NBA Draft Lottery, and even a suit fitting for the big day. Nerlens also opens up about his mother, to whom he says he owes all of his success.
Nerlens told Matt earlier in the week that his mother and his business manager Chris are the only people in his "entourage," which has been the subject of some bad press lately. He will call into KSR in about ten minutes to address those rumors and let us know how he's doing with days to go until the draft.
