We lost, but the atmosphere was amazing

Even though the Cats took their first loss of the season, Commonwealth Stadium stayed with the team until the end. Fans showed up for the Cat Walk two hours before the game and stayed until the very last play. Fans were loud the whole game, especially on those big 3rd downs. The atmosphere today was one of the best I've ever seen.
People love to rag on the students for not showing up and leaving early, but not tonight. The student section was packed from kick-off and it stayed that way until the end. The addition of the pom poms made for a really awesome scene.
We need to bring the same energy again next week as the Cats take on the Missouri Tigers for yet another 7:30 kick-off.
Even quarterback commit, Mac Jones, was impressed.
