According to his Twitter account, 2013 sharp shooter Xavier Rathan-Mayes will announce his top 5 list tomorrow. Kentucky is currently in his top 10 and has shown interest since the Peach Jam event. Rathan-Mayes is a teammate of another Kentucky target, 2014 (for now) top prospect Andrew Wiggins. Rathan-Mayes will be taking an unofficial visit to Florida State next week per Evan Daniels. Florida State and Kentucky are both heavily involved with Wiggins as well. Banners or sunscreen. Your call, Xavier.
