There have been some surreal moments since we began this venture known as
Kentucky Sports Radio. There are the times that we have been out around Lexington and Louisville and have been recognized by the fans of the show (which by the way I think is cool and if you ever see me, please stop and say hello), the oddity of being told by some national media members that this site is their first stop when they want to get the scoop on what is happening around the Wildcats and the bizarre ritual of seeing message boards (UK and otherwise) debating me and to what extent I am "full of it" (the answer is to a great extent). But all of those paled in comparison to today.....when I turned on the computer and found that our man OH Napier had written a
SONG about me.
What can you say? Everyone's favorite Breathitt County Judge Executive Candidate decided to write a song which he explained this way,
"Thinking about my recent sucess at kentuckysportsradio.com with the coolest Guy in town Matt Jones. So I wanted to invite him to a party where the wild women are free as I wrote this song. Matt can learn all he needs about UK Basketball there ". The song is of course called "A Wild Night with OH", and I am sure that such a night is nothing but wild. Hey I always thought that only true superstars like Princess Diana, JFK and Dave Coulier had songs written about them. Well now we know that the list is expanding......
