The LSU women’s basketball program has reeled in three commitments for the 2023 recruiting class, and now head coach Kim Mulkey and her staff are eyeing a fourth addition.

On Tuesday, 5-star Aalyah Del Rosario, a 6-foot-6 post player, will announce her college choice at 3:10 CT. She will choose between four of the top women’s basketball programs in the country in LSU, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Del Rosario is set to reveal her decision live on Instagram’s SportsCenter Next account (@SportsCenterNext) from Bell Buckle Gymnasium at the Webb School in Tennessee.

Del Rosario, a native of the Dominican Republic, grew up playing in New Heights, New York before making the move to The Webb School. She is teammates with current LSU commitment Angelica Velez.

The LSU women’s basketball program, which already welcomed to campus a star-studded 2022 signee group of high school prospects and transfers, could be on the verge of strengthening one of the nation’s best recruiting classes for the 2023 cycle. The first window for the 2023 signing period begins in November.

LSU enters Tuesday with commitments from three Top 100 prospects in five-star Mikaylah Williams, four-star Angelica Velez and four-star Janae Kent.

Williams, the No. 1 recruit in Louisiana, is ranked by ESPN’s HoopGurlz as the No. 2 overall prospect in the 2023 class. Velez is ranked as the No. 44 overall prospect this cycle, while Kent – an Illinois product – is ranked as the No. 73 overall recruit in the country and one of the top wing prospects in the class.

A commitment from Del Rosario, a five-star who is ranked as the No. 2 post player and No. 7 overall prospect in the country, would give the Tigers four commitments who all rank inside the Top 75 nationally.
