WATCH: Kyle Parker ends prep career with huge performance
2023 Lucas (Tex.) Lovejoy wide receiver Kyle Parker ended his high school career with a bang on Friday. He amassed 12 catches for 255 yards and two touchdowns in a 42-37 loss to defending state champion Dallas (Tex.) South Oak Cliff.
Parker is the No. 353 overall prospect and No. 51 wide receiver in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 63 player in Texas.

The 5-foot-10.5, 180-pound receiver committed to the Tigers on June 23. LSU’s 2023 recruiting class ranks No. 5 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 3 in the SEC.

Wins with quickness and agility in the route and after catch phases.
“Capable of breaking off defensive backs with his change of direction. Picks up yards with the ball in his hands, both after the catch and as a punt returner. Quicker than fast, but can turn in some long gains with the ability to make defenders miss in space. Has strong hands at the catch point and can win in traffic. Not physically imposing in terms of his stature or frame. Younger for the class, turning 17-years old in June prior to his senior season.”
