EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State had a interesting mix of dunks and missed dunks in an 85-64 exhibition game victory over Ferris State, but this is not going to be enough to meet Tom Izzo’s standards for acceptable basketball.  The Spartans shot below 50 percent from the field, below 33 percent from 3-point range, had 14 turnovers, allowed seven offensive rebounds in the second half alone, and staggered to a messy victory, Tuesday night at Breslin Center.
