Initial Availability Report released for Mississippi State/Tennessee
As Mississippi State prepares for yet another matchup with a top 15 team this weekend and the initial Availability Report has been released for the game.
Ahead of the road contest at No. 7 Tennessee, there aren’t a lot of new additions for the Bulldogs. State had one notable member to the group “out” for the game as backup offensive lineman Canon Boone is now on the list.
Earlier this week, Boone’s father posted on X that the junior had his season come to an end. Boone had begun to share reps on the offensive line at guard and played a season-high reps against Arkansas the week prior to the UMass game.
Positive news from the reports is that defensive lineman De’Monte Russell and wide receiver Mario Craver are listed as probable for the game. Both players were injured in the ball game against Texas A&M and have missed the last two games but are key to State’s depth on each side of the ball.
