MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — NC State had hoped to end its regular season on a four-game winning streak after beating then-No. 8 Georgia Tech two weeks ago, but that wish came to a screeching halt as it lost at No. 15 Miami 41-7 on Saturday afternoon at Hard Rock Stadium.
