Yesterday, there were a number of new offers to 2024, 2025 and 2026 recruits made by the Nebraska staff as they worked their way across the country on their bye week. So far today they have been in Kansas at Hutchinson C.C. where they have made multiple offers to JUCO players that could come in and help Nebraska immediately.

Nebraska fans have been expecting this news. The Husker coaches are out evaluating and offering JUCO players. It’s been crystal clear for months that Nebraska would have to be a big player in both JUCO and portal transfer help for next year’s roster. It was mentioned in today’s Tunnel Talk that we expected Nebraska to see some JUCOs and we don’t believe that they are done either.

And to no one’s surprise the positions that Nebraska is targeting are offensive line, edge and defensive line so far today at Hutchinson C.C. Here is a list of the three known offers from Nebraska today to Hutchinson C.C. Blue Dragons:

Nikko Taylor, Edge, 6-5/240, Overland Park (Kans.) Olathe North

Dezmond Schuster, IOL, 6-5/311, Gonzales (La.) East Ascension

Jerrell Boykins, DL, 6-3/322, Gonzales (La.) East Ascension

There was already a small quantity of offers out to junior college players prior to this week. Nebraska is also still showing interest in Quientrail Travis and Anterio Thompson who are both from Counil Bluffs (Iowa) IWCC and also Keyshawn Blackstock from Coffeyville (Kans.) C.C.
