Notre Dame continues on its recruiting tear, and the Irish aren’t adding just anyone. As it currently stands, head coach Marcus Freeman has six top-100 players committed in the 2023 class along with three in the 2024 group. The classes are ranked second and first nationally in their respective years.

With high-profile players come high-profile chances for name, image and likeness (NIL) deals. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Four Notre Dame commits crack top 100 in the latest On3 High School Football NIL Rankings — two on offense and two on defense.

2023 EDGE Keon Keeley — No. 27

Understandably, Notre Dame’s highest-rated 2023 commit boasts the highest NIL Valuation of anyone pledged to the Irish. Keeley’s $232,000 mark would be the fifth-highest on the current Irish team and checks in at No. 27 among high school football players. Keeley has approximately 10,500 followers on social media — a major driver of the NIL Valuation metric — including 6,200 on Instagram. The On3 Consensus No. 1 EDGE’s per-post value is $321.

Keeley is a five-star defenseman out of Tampa (Fla.) Berkeley Prep.

2023 OT Charles Jagusah — No. 62

Jagusah committed to Notre Dame less than two weeks ago, and he already has the fourth-highest NIL Valuation among current high school offensive tackles in the nation ($154,000). Additionally, the On3 five-star recruit is has the highest valuation among offensive players committed to Notre Dame in his class. Jagusah, who hails from Rock Island (Ill.) Alleman, is the No. 1 offensive tackle in the country in the 2023 class according to On3.

Given the visibility the Irish offensive linemen have nationally — offensive tackle Joe Alt currently has an NIL Valuation of $511,000, which is second on the team — expect Jagusah’s valuation to increase once he arrives in South Bend.

2024 QB CJ Carr — No. 74

Just 11 of the 100 players in the On3 High School Football NIL Rankings are members of the class of 2024, and the star quarterback out of Saline (Mich.) High is No. 6 on the list with an NIL Valuation of $148,000. Since Carr committed to play for the Irish on June 9, his number has risen $37,000.

The 6-2.5, 195-pound grandson of legendary Michigan head coach Lloyd Carr is a high-level four-star recruit listed as the No. 5 quarterback in the 2024 class and the No. 30 player nationally. He is one of five Notre Dame commits in his class.

2023 S Peyton Bowen — No. 83

The No. 55 player and No. 6 safety in his class rounds out the Notre Dame commits in the top 100. Bowen, a 6-0, 180-pound defensive back out of Denton (Texas) Guyer, has an NIL Valuation of $143,000. In late April, just after the creation of FUND, Bowen’s number increased nearly 700% and has remained relatively constant since. He has 7,800 followers between Twitter and Instagram.
