Notre Dame’s biggest recruiting day of the fall took place Nov. 5 when the Fighting Irish knocked off No. 4 Clemson 35-14, and there were a handful of top Irish targets spotted on campus by Blue & Gold photographer Chad Weaver.

The best shots — like the one taken in the photo above — were during the pregame “Victory March” outside the stadium. A trio of Notre Dame class of 2024 commits are pictured above — Glen Ellyn (Ill.) Glenbard South receiver Cam Williams, West Bloomfield (Mich.) High defensive lineman Brandon Davis-Swain and Saline (Mich.) High quarterback CJ Carr. They seem to be enjoying the media paparazzi taking their photos.

Hannibal (Mo.) High’s Aneyas Williams, the No. 155 overall player and No. 11 running back per the 2023 On3 Consensus, took his fourth visit to Notre Dame since April on Saturday. Kentucky, Missouri, Alabama and Ohio State are among the other scholarship offers for the four-star prospect. He is pictured below.

Bogart (Ga.) North Oconee’s Khalil Barnes, who ranks as the No. 959 overall player and No. 97 cornerback according to the 2023 On3 Consensus, got his first look at Notre Dame over the weekend. His trip was for an all-expenses paid official visit. Coming into the visit, Clemson was actually considered the leader for him, and he’ll officially visit the Tigers and Oklahoma later this month.

Cincinnati Archbishop Moeller’s Karson Hobbs, the No. 512 overall recruit and No. 52 cornerback per the 2024 On3 Consensus, made it back to South Bend, his second trip to South Bend this fall. Hobbs committed to South Carolina over the summer, but he grew up a Notre Dame fan and is one to keep an eye on moving forward.

Below is a picture of the 2024 commit trio that was mentioned earlier in the article. Pictured in the center is Davis-Swain. This was his first visit to Notre Dame since the summer. He became the Irish’s first pledge of the 2024 cycle when he committed out of the blue back in April.

The face of Notre Dame’s 2024 class was back on campus. This was Carr’s second visit to South Bend this fall, and he surely had his recruiting hat on.

Bowen, a five-star prospect, took his first visit to Notre Dame since the summer. Holding on to his pledge is crucial for the Fighting Irish staff.
