COLUMBUS — Ohio State just hosted the top remaining player in the class of 2021 this last weekend, providing plenty to talk about on the latest episode of Talking Stuff.

Defensive tackle J.T. Tuimoloau arrived in Columbus on Thursday. From the minute he touched down Ohio State pulled out all the stops. The Buckeyes coaching staff greeted him at the airport, he ate dinner at the 50-yard line in the Horseshoe and he was finally able to meet legendary defensive line coach Larry Johnson. Ohio State will now wait to hear a decision as the generational talent visits Oregon and Alabama this week to close out his on-campus visits.

The weekend went well in other areas, too. Ohio State hosted 2022 running back Dallan Hayden fresh off his trip to Notre Dame. The country’s No. 24-ranked tailback has been a top priority for the Buckeyes and running backs coach Tony Alford throughout the cycle. The visit left plenty for he and his family to think about, and a decision could come at any time.

Tuesday’s one-day prospect camp also provides a lot of intrigue. Brandon Inniss, the No. 1 wide receiver in the 2023 class, will be at Ohio State along with highly-touted 2023 linebacker Jaiden Ausberry. Elite 2024 quarterback Jadyn Davis will also spend the afternoon with the Buckeyes.

Lettermen Row’s Jeremy Birmingham and Spencer Holbrook are discussing those topics and more in the latest episode of Talking Stuff, the recruiting podcast from Lettermen Row.
