Five Sooners heard their name called during the NFL Draft and all five got their first payday recently.

Anton Harrison, Marvin Mims, Wanya Morris, Eric Gray, and Brayden Willis have all officially signed their rookie contracts. And each partook in rookie minicamps the past two weeks. Here’s how much each of the Oklahoma Sooners signed for (all numbers are projected) and how they’ve adjusted so far to the NFL.

Anton Harrison (first round): Four years (with a fifth-year option) for $13.2 million and a $6.6 million signing bonus.

Harrison expects to play at right tackle – not left – for the Jaguars. He started at left tackle for the past two seasons at Oklahoma. He finished rookie minicamp last week and was impressive.

“He’s got really quick feet and he’s a very efficient pass protector,” Jaguars assistant general manager Ethan Waugh said of Harrison during rookie minicamp. “I think his pressures allowed rate is extremely low. And then mentally he’s been great.”

Marvin Mims (second round): Four years for $6.07 million and a $1.41 million signing bonus.

OU’s leading receiver the past three seasons, Mims joins a talented receiver room in Denver with Jerry Jeudy, Cortland Sutton, and Tim Patrick. Mims’ speed is sure to help the Broncos, along with his ability to help as a returner in special teams.

“After the draft, it was cool for that weekend,” Mims said during rookie minicamp. “And then Monday hits and I’m sitting around just waiting, training and all that stuff. Then, to get here, you actually start feeling it. … Walking around and seeing other guys here, it starts feeling real.”

Wanya Morris (third round): Four years for $5.39 million and a $904,259 signing bonus.

Morris started eight games at right tackle for the Sooners last season and is viewed as a swing tackle for the Chiefs. He might compete for a starting spot for the Chiefs next season, but for now, he’s learning a new offense.

“The difference here is we get in the huddle. We don’t have to worry about running to the line,” Morris said during rookie minicamp. “That’s the difference, but we cover it the same way. I try to use the same things that I did at Oklahoma to move over here to Kansas City.”

Eric Gray (fifth round): Four years for $4.08 million and a $244,000 signing bonus.

The Sooners’ leading rusher in 2022, Gray could be a key contributor for the Giants as a rookie. Veteran Saquan Barkley has yet to re-sign with New York, meaning Gray could see the field often next year. And he said he feels ready thanks to OU running backs coach and former NFL running back DeMarco Murray.

“DeMarco was a big important piece for me and kind of the reason I went to Oklahoma,” Gray said during rookie minicamp. “I feel like him playing the game at a high level, he could teach me a lot about being a pro in this league, what it takes to be a pro, what I need to do to get better to get to this level.”

Brayden Willis (seventh round): Four years for $3.92 million and an $84,156 signing bonus.

Willis waited a long time for his name to be called in the NFL Draft, but he couldn’t have landed at a better spot. The 49ers are sure to utilize Willis under head coach and offensive genius Kyle Shanahan. And he gets to learn from one of the best tight ends in the league, George Kittle.

“We’ve had a lot of interactions, just texting. I saw him today,” Willis said of Kittle during rookie minicamp. “Great guy, great human, great player obviously, I’m excited to learn from him.”
