Ole Miss dominates the Hogs

Sitting at 7-2 next week’s game with No. 2 Georgia still as massive as it was supposed to be at the start of the season.
Ole Miss hangs 60 on Arkansas
11/2/2024, 2:11:26 PMAustin Simmons leads a scoring drive after relieving Dart mid possession. He finds Wright for his second touchdown grab of the game on a 12-yard pass.
During that drive Dart set the single-game passing yard record. He finishes with 515 yards, surpassing Matt Corral’s 513 total from 2020 against South Carolina.

Watkins sets a new single-game TD record with 5 and Dart has tied Eli Manning and Matt Corral with his 6th touchdown pass of the game.

Dart doing what he wants with Watkins and Cayden Lee with big catches on this drive. JJ Pegues gets his sixth offensive touchdown of the season on a 1-yard run.
433 yards ad 5 TDs for Dart on the day and currently at a 79 percent completion rate.

Watkins is finally having that breakout game with Tre Harris on the sideline. He’s up to 4 TDs on the day, tying his personal best for touchdowns in a game.

Dart hits Watkins for a 3-yard pass for his third touchdown grab of the game. He’s up to 172 yards and 3 TDs on 5 catches today.
Dart is at 294 passing yards and 4 TDs on the day.
On the play before Henry Parrish was injured and looked to be in some pain. He was helped up and taken to the locker room.

Arkansas misses a FG try
11/2/2024, 12:36:16 PMMomentum looked to be shifting some to the Razorbacks sideline as the offense was moving down the field following the first punt of the day by Ole Miss.
Holding penalties stalled the drive and the Razorbacks missed the 45-yard FG try. Rebels have some time to try and get points before halftime. They also get the ball to start the second half.

11/2/2024, 12:19:04 PMThe Ole Miss defense gave up a touchdown after a big passing play gave the Arkansas offense some life. Green hit Andrew Armstrong for 43 yards.
Rashod Dubinion punched it on on a 6-yard run for the first touchdown of the day for the Hogs.

11/2/2024, 11:59:26 AMThe Arkansas offensive line has no answer for the Rebels defensive font. Three sacks and six tackles for loss in the first 18 minutes of the game.
Then after a 3-and-out by the Razorbacks the Rebels offense goes for the kill with a 62-yard bomb from Dart to Jordan Watkins on the first play of the drive.

Wright being used effectively, finally
11/2/2024, 11:50:07 AMWithout Caden Prieskorn being full go today Kiffin has used Dae’Quan Wright and with effectiveness. Wright catches a 4-yard touchdown pass from Dart, he had the catch on the previous play as well.
He’s got 6 catches for 58 yards and the touchdown in the first 15:30 of the game.

Rebels looking to go up a couple scores, which could be big with Green still getting tended to in the medical tent.

11/2/2024, 11:34:31 AMArkansas with a bit of a scare a Green was injured on a run and came out of the game. Currently still in the tent. Redshirt freshman Malachi Singleton came in and the offense backed up.
Matthew Shipley connected on a 55-yard field goal try to get the Razorback on the board.

Defense Scores First
11/2/2024, 11:22:49 AMArkansas was pinned back at its 1 yard-line and the Ole Miss defense comes up big, forcing Green to fumble in the end zone and recovered by Jared Ivey after a bit of a scrum on the ground.
Rebels up 7-0 with 7 minutes left in the 1st Qtr.
Bentley can’t punch it in
11/2/2024, 11:16:31 AMOle Miss got to the Arkansas 1 but Bentley could not get in on 4th and Goal, turning it back over to the Razorbacks.
The play prior Dae’Quan Wright got a foot on the pylon but the ball was not in, according to the refs. Don’t get the running it so fast after that play, especially up the middle.
Offense looked good, though, and overcame an OPI call on Juice Wells that would’ve been a touchdown to get another scoring cance.
Defense holds to open up
11/2/2024, 11:09:44 AMArkansas won the toss and wanted the ball first. Green had one good pass but after that the defense held and benefited from a hold on the Razorbacks, forcing a punt.
One good sign for the Rebels is they did not blitz once on that drive and got pressure on Green a couple times.
Harris is dressed out

Tre Harris, Nate Kalepo update
11/2/2024, 10:25:41 AMSaturday’s final player availability report released 90 minutes before kickoff. Tre Harris is a game-time decision and Nate Kalepo is out.
Caden Prieskorn and Walter Nolen appear to be good to go as neither were included on the report. We’ll see how they look during warm ups
