Oregon sophomore Brennan Milone was one of the more productive players in the Pac-12 this season.

After a stellar showing in postseason play over the weekend, he has received yet another honor.

Milone was the lone Duck named to the All-Louisville Regional team. Over the span of three games, he slashed .600/.600/1.133 (9-for-15) and hit two homers, two doubles, scored five times and drove in four runs.

During Oregon’s Friday loss to Michigan, Milone almost singlehandedly kept the Ducks in contention during the early inning with a 3-for-5, two-RBI performance in which he also homered.

Earlier this month, Milone was named to the Pac-12 all-conference team after a stellar debut season with the Ducks. In 60 games, he slashed .337/.408/.545 and crushed 12 homers and 15 doubles while leading the team with 55 RBIs.

Primarily a designated hitter, Milone played some very good defense at first base down the stretch for the Ducks as Mark Wasikowski shuffled the lineup at times.

A former top-100 recruit out of high school who spent the first two years of his career at South Carolina, Milone is a draft-eligible sophomore who has not popped up on any notable top prospects lists for the July MLB Draft at this point.
