Grading positional groups in Penn State's Class of 2023: Offense

here are still more players to add and more work to get these commits across the finish line, we can start to evaluate the work done by the staff in this cycle. So, we’ll look at Penn State’s recruiting roster and give each position a grade ranking. Unlike the defense, the offense has clear holes that they must address before this recruiting cycle ends. Still, we’ll review them before that happens.
