Penn State Athletics will be featured prominently throughout Wednesday on the Big Ten Network.

The conference’s television arm will spend an entire day (and then some) showing memorable games and specific documentaries tied to each of the 14 programs that make up the league. Today, June 8, is Penn State Day.

As of 12:15 p.m., the final moments of the Lions’ 16-10 road win over Wisconsin at Camp Randall in 2021 is on the air. Next up is “Big Ten Elite 1986 Penn State Football” from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

What’s new in Lions land?

It has been a busy week so far for Penn State.

The Lions, fresh off last weekend’s Whiteout camp, rolled right into this week with a visitor on campus Wednesday in addition to media sessions for both James Franklin and his assistants later this afternoon.

Earlier this week, the program welcomed three new members to town, as linebacker Abdul Carter and offensive tackle Maleek McNeil are both now here, as is transfer defensive end Demeioun Robinson.

Meanwhile, on the basketball front, head coach Micah Shrewsberry landed Denver transfer Michael Henn. But, we also learned that forward Jevonnie Scott is no longer with the program.
