They start with the good Penn State recruiting news from the weekend with three-star receiver Yazeed Haynes committing to the program. Next, Snyder recaps the timeline of Haynes’ summer explosion in recruiting before moving on to how On3 will classify the speedy 6-1 receiver. From there, they discuss what is next or isn’t next for Haynes.
Next, Pickel and Snyder recap what they heard from Penn State’s official visitors this past weekend. They touch on four-star Alabama safety Dakaari Nelson, four-star tackle Evan Link, and three-star defensive tackle Tyriq Blanding among others. Aside from the reactions they gathered over the last 24 hours, they talk about the likely timeline for each player.
Recruiting loss hits as Josh Miller flips to Georgia
It’s not all good news for Penn State this week. That’s because the Nittany Lions lost one of their four offensive linemen this week to a commitment flip. Three-star lineman Joshua Miller changed his commitment to Georgia Monday afternoon. Snyder recaps what Miller had to say about the decision and how things evolved over the last two weeks.
Finally, Pickel and Snyder review the players that earned Penn State offers after their latest Elite Showcase camp on Sunday. Snyder then reviews Penn State’s seven-on-seven camp on Saturday. Lastly, Snyder presents some troubling information for Penn State about four-star linebacker Tony Rojas.
