2023 Penn State Prospect Update with Ryan Snyder

He fills T-Frank in on the critical news of the event for Penn State’s top prospects in attendance. He starts with four-star linebacker Tony Rojas who recently visited Clemon after getting an offer from the Tigers. Does the Virginia native have a change of heart after the trip?
