The BWI Daily: Recruiting Show is back to assess the situation after breaking news on Tuesday afternoon and updating Penn State’s standing in the Class of 2023. There was major news Tuesday afternoon when four-star defensive end Tomarrion Parker decommitted from the Nittany Lions.
Bad break for Penn State Tuesday afternoon
