A week into the WNBA season, here’s a recap on how some of the former South Carolina players performed and when they’ll be playing again.

A’ja Wilson
Despite Las Vegas falling 89-76 Tuesday night against the Washington Mystics, Wilson posted her third straight double-double (10 points, 11 rebounds). In addition, the Heathwood Hall alum blocked four shots and dished out three assists. The loss for the Aces was the first on the year as they drop to (2-1) on the season. Wilson and Las Vegas will be back in action on Friday in Atlanta to play the Dream at 7:30 p.m. on Bally Sports Southeast.

Destanni Henderson
Coming off a career-high 19-point performance in just her second career WNBA game, Henderson got the start again for Indiana on Tuesday. The rookie racked up eight points, five assists, and a steal in just over 19 minutes of work in the 82-76 win for the Fever against the Minnesota Lynx. Indiana will play the New York Liberty in Brooklyn Friday night at 8 on the YES Network.

Tiffany Mitchell
Alongside her teammate Henderson, Mitchell contributed seven points in the win Tuesday for the Fever. The seven-year veteran also added three rebounds, an assist, and a block shot.

Alaina Coates
Coates was inactive in last night’s game for the Indiana Fever.

Kaela Davis
Davis and the Chicago Sky will take on the New York Liberty Wednesday night at 8 on CBS Sports Network. This is Chicago’s second game of the season. Last week after being waived by the Sky, Davis was re-signed by the team in a hardship deal. Davis played just under ten minutes in the Chicago’s 98-91 loss to the LA Sparks opener.

Allisha Gray and Ty Harris will be back in action Friday night when the Dallas Wings travel to our Nation’s Capital to play the Washington Mystics. In their lone game so far this season, Gray picked up 12 points and nine rebonds while Harris added two points and an assist. Friday’s game against the Mystics will air at 7 p.m. on Bally Sports Southwest Extra.
