RPM pick for Texas to land priority O-lineman

One of the difficulties in modern recruiting coverage is accounting for how committed a staff is to land a recruit. Over the years I've seen countless predictions for players who Texas was unlikely to push hard enough to land. This is often the case with a Texas staff whose big board has proven amorphous over the last couple cycles. That's a good way to recruit because evaluation never stops, but it can get a little tricky when it comes time for predictions, especially this early in a cycle.
