Tenures in Texas recruiting department sets staffers like Skylar Phan up for success

Earlier this month, I wrote an article on Taylor Searels and her role as Texas’ Director of Recruiting Operations. I mentioned that, “She’s also setting up her interns, like Skylar Phan, for success. Phan was her right hand-woman the past two years and Searels rewarded Phan’s work ethic by helping her land an internship with the Las Vegas Raiders last summer. It’s just a matter of time until a college program hires Phan, who is a future rock star in my eyes.”
