Arch Manning, QB, New Orleans (La.) Isidore Newman
The No. 1 ranked prospect in the On3 Consensus ranking has completed 49 of 75 passes for 680 yards with 11 touchdowns and zero interceptions through three games.
Manning led Isidore Newman to a 54-52 comeback win over 5A Benton High Friday night. He passed for 317 yards and four touchdowns.
Cedric Baxter Jr., RB, Orlando (Fla.) Edgewater
The nation’s No. 1 ranked running back has rushed for 865 yards and five touchdowns on 99 carries through four games. The 6-foot-1.5, 213-pounder has three games of more than 225 rushing yards this season against a difficult schedule in Central Florida.
Jonah Wilson, WR, Houston (Texas) Dekaney
Wilson is a big riser in the updated On300 for the 2023 cycle. Wilson posted a career best 14 receptions for 232 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to Humble High last week. He added 10 receptions for 197 yards and two scores in a season opening loss to Klein Oak. Wilson has 28 receptions for 513 yards and five TD’s through three games.
Johntay Cook II, WR, DeSoto (Texas) High
Cook put together a monster game last week in a blowout win over Dallas Skyline. The On3 Consensus 4-star hauled in eight passes for 179 yards and two touchdowns.
Sydir Mitchell, DL, Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic
Mitchell has 11 tackles and two sacks through four games. He’s scored two touchdowns this season. One on a scoop and score, and a one-yard touchdown catch last week lined up as a tight end.
Billy Walton, EDGE/LB, Dallas (Texas) South Oak Cliff
The On3 Consensus 3-star EDGE prospect is putting up big numbers against very good competition this season. Walton has recorded 31 tackles, seven tackles for loss and three sacks against the likes of Duncanville, Lancaster, DeSoto and Parish Episcopal.
S’Maje Burrell, LB, Fort Worth (Texas) North Crowley
Burrell is on pace for a second straight 100 tackle season leading the Panthers to a 4-0 start to the season.
Malik Muhammad, CB, Dallas (Texas) South Oak Cliff
The On3 Consensus 4-star cornerback has recorded 22 tackles, four pass break ups and a caused fumble through four games against elite competition. He’s also played some snaps at wide receiver, and on special teams.
