Chris Beard comes to Texas from Texas Tech where he took the Red Raiders to the national championship game and an Elite Eight appearance. Two key returning starters in Andrew Jones and Courtney Ramey, as well as a host of highly regarded transfers, make up the 2021-2022 Longhorn roster.
Gerry Hamilton of Inside Texas sat down with Bobby Burton to discuss several aspects of the Longhorns’ resurgent basketball program, including those transfers, and who is likely to start this season, and how Beard is managing to meld all of those transfers into a single team.
