The Texas offense is going to look very different in 2023 from 2022. Last year Steve Sarkisian maximized size and power in the trenches with his "Big 12" package featuring offensive tackle Andrej Karic at tight end to help bolster the "power run and play-action passing" offense featuring Bijan Robinson. This coming year the Longhorns' main weapons on offense will include inside receivers Jordan Whittington and Ja'Tavion Sanders (tight end), neither of whom truly benefit from a big, power run package on offense but will instead need a spread approach.
