The commitment of the Portage, Michigan, three-star caught pretty much everyone off guard. To my knowledge, he didn’t even publicly announce he received an offer from Texas. Jilek was originally committed to Central Florida before flipping to Minnesota in October. To say he’s been flying under the radar is an understatement.
