Five-Star Arlington (TX) OL Devon Campbell took his USC Official Visit back in June, but vowed to return at some point during the season. When WeAreSC visited Campbell at Bowie HS last month, he informed us of his plans to be at the USC vs Oregon St. game on Sept. 25.
