The Obvious: Entering Friday’s final day of the early signing period, all cardinal and gold eyes were riveted on social media awaiting word where Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei senior 5-star defensive back Domani Jackson, the No. 1 rated player in California and No. 5 in the country, would be playing his college football. And then 41 minutes after noon, it finally came, as Jackson tweeted out he’ll be a USC Trojan under head coach Lincoln Riley, spurning an offer from the Alabama Crimson Tide and its head coach Nick Saban.
