Top 10 California Prospects for 2026
Now that On3 has had a few rankings updates on the class of 2026 and the 2025 class is at least 75% complete for most Power 4 Programs, we’ll release the first list of Top 10 2026 CA prospects.
This list with undoubtedly not look the same in a few months, but it’s a solid starting point. We believe there are a few who’ll likely remain in the Top 10 throughout the process, like five-star Mater Dei wide receiver Chris Henry, five-star Rancho Cucamonga CB RJ Sermons, five-star Folsom QB Ryder Lyons, four-star oaks Christian CB Davon Benjamin and four-star Orange Lutheran LB Talanoa Ili.

2026 USC commits
As of August 13, USC has commitments from Xavier Griffin, J.Myron “Tron” Baker, Brandon Lockhart, Madden Riordan, Josh Holland and Griffin. Adding a player of Griffin’s caliber was huge for the Trojans and was significant momentum boost heading into Fall Camp, especially after Dominick Kelly flipped his USC commitment to Georgia.
The Trojans currently have the No. 6 ranked 2026 recruiting class.
