WeAreSC On3 is a daily three-point briefing recapping news and notes surrounding USC Athletics. Today, we take a look at National Signing Day, Amon-Ra St. Brown heading to the Pro Bowl, and USC Basketball being named ESPN’s Team of the Week.

National Signing Day

Today marks an annual holiday in college football: National Signing Day. Several USC commits and targets will sign their National Letters of Intent (NLIs) today.

Amon-Ra to the Pro Bowl

After ranking eleventh in the NFL with 1,161 receiving yards this season, former USC wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown is officially headed to the Pro Bowl.

In addition, St. Brown’s 106 receptions on the year—six of which went for touchdowns—were the fifth-most of any NFL wide receiver. Not bad for a fourth-round pick in just his second season in the league.

Team of the Week

Following their huge win over number eight UCLA last week, ESPN named USC Basketball as their Team of the Week.

The Trojans are back in action tomorrow night when they host Washington State. USC will be looking to avenge an 81-71 loss to the Cougars in Pullman on January 1.
