Had a large piece of warm apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream, then followed up later with a large piece of Tippin's French silk pie.

Was it homemade? My honey made me a deep dish Apple pie. Oh, I had a piece of pecan pie too

I tried to apply a lap band to myself this morning. Seeing as how I had no surgical tools, it didn't happen. Good thing I wore blue jeans. Their relative lack of waist stretch would have kept me from eating too much, except when they began to feel tight I took them off. My girlfriend left early. Selfish *****.

Yeah blue jeans are not a good choice, I wore cargo pants and they were lose, but not now.

I'll probably just wear the eating britches until new years. Sweat pants, lounge wear...anything with elastic.

You know, eating adds so much joy to the drugging and drinking...

Ate so damn much for Thanksgiving at 3:00 p.m. yesterday (including two servings of pumpkin pie with ice cream) that I didn't touch another bite until today at breakfast at 10:00 a.m.

I actually lost a pound and a half at Thanksgiving! First time in my life.

Apple pie was homemade. One of the few I get during the year!!
Now that's what I am talking about, nothing like my wife's deep dish Apple pie, go kiss your honey. It's hard to find woman that can cook and like to cook.

Well I felt like I ate Magino and gnawed his bones clean...I havent eaten since. Doubled that dose of Crestor since I do worry about all that fat I dont need a third heart attack.
OMG, yeah that's not good, just watching the Sooners play can give you a heart attack. I am just a tad overweight, but not bad for a middle age man.

Stay active. run. walk, work out, play sports. Dont spent 30 years behind a desk smoking like a freight train eating McDonalds everyday for lunch!
