We'll see how the Big 12 does in the tournament, but it looks like the league might just be a little OVER-RATED? Wonder is any teams make the final four?
Most of the games have been pretty close. I was not expecting either Conf. to dominate the other, but am hoping the B12 makes a damned good showing.
Great freaking win for OU tonite. Down by 14 and they fight back to win. They did have two chances to win but Lattin and Woodard missed free throws when we're up by 3 with less than a minute left Still, feels good to go into a hostile environment and get out with a hard-fought win.

unless I am way off base as I really haven't taken a look, but like normally NCAA bball with closely talented teams the home team will win. Those that go on the road and win?...well...how long has it been since you have had a bowl of Wolf Brand Chili...well that's too long!

Yep, so far every home team has won, with the exception of OUr team. Kentucky is up 6 at halftime at the Phogg.
Damn OUr boys have grit.
LSU isn't all that but a change up ooc game on the road in a hostile environment is a tough test for any team and they dug deep and got it.

I was wrong, like the way OU kept fighting. That kind of win gives a team confidence. Only wish this game was played in Norman, would have been huge for recruiting. How could a high school kid say no to that type of college atmosphere.
Too bad it wasn't football.What happened to WVU? Didn't see that game. KU and OU looked Final Four ready
I disagree about KU. Kentucky was dominating inside until all of their big guys got into foul trouble. Kentucky has been struggling.
West Virginia had a couple of things happen. I watched as much of each game today as I could, and there was a considerable amount of homer officiating going on. I'd say it was that way in all but the LSU game and the Auburn game. WVU is always in foul trouble, but today was remarkable.
Second, WVU was missing their best big man. He was suspended indefinitely by Huggins. I hope that lasts until after OUr trip to Morgantown. I forget his name, but he averages a double-double.
Third, Florida is a notoriously poor, some would say bad, shooting team from the arc. Today they hit I believe around 60%. It was a nightmare pretty much from the start for the Eers. The key to playing them well is how your half court defense is working. If you play good half court defense, they don't get to set up their press as often.
Florida doesn't press typically, but started that way and hurt WVU a lot with the pressure.
West Virginia made a run to cut an 18 point lead down to five, but after that, the Gators ran away with it. Full gym. It was a solid double digit win. The Gators were as athletic as WVU and thicker. They won the boards, seemingly pretty big. But mostly, it was that they shot lights out from three and they seldom do.
