Those seemingly easy money lines somehow seem to pay off less than half the time. I wonder how many who took OU to beat the Frogs early in the week last week, were counting their money when it was announced that their 3rd qb was going to start?

There wasn't even a line out on the game until Friday, but yes; no such thing as a sure bet. Once the line was out it jumped from 11 to 17 1/2 fairly quickly, and I'm sure those guys that got in on the early line thought they'd make out like bandits. It's why I don't bet.

I lost my Thanksgiving money in October when we played Texas. I lost my Christmas money last week against TCU. There ain't no more farm to bet.
