I actually think Texas could be much improved if Ewers is solid. But playing Alabama early is likely going to break their spirits because it's going to get ugly.

If Ewers is as advertised, the Bama game will only help him regardless of the outcome. You have to learn from adversity. If he doesn’t, good for OU.

I think Ewers has some talent, good arm, doesn’t appear overly mobile but he is a freshman. If I was Sark I’d use tempo and short passing game early to try to get the qb in rhythm at least and obviously get their run game established. Should be another good one in Dallas, both teams have a ton of talent but both teams have question marks at key positions.
